Leave the driving to us and take a ride on a our comfortable shuttle bus to see previously foreclosed homes that are now bank owned, on the market and priced to sell. Banks are suffering huge losses and are not in the business of owning homes. There is an abundance of foreclosed properties that banks must sell. The tour is divided into three categories. The first category of homes previewed are "fixer uppers" in the low to moderate price range. The second is moderately priced homes perfect for first time or move up buyers. The third is higher priced homes. Several of the the medium and higher priced homes are "move in ready" homes.

We select homes we beleive are excellent values. You will receive information on what lenders expect when making an offer and we have lenders available now to help you get pre-qualified. Our goal is to help you secure and financing and purchase great properties having outstanding value. Snacks and drinks will also be available before and after the tour.
